JOB DESCRIPTION
The team member shall assists the Head of Practice in any of these assigned task:
- Ensures smooth running of the office as the Chief Operating Officer;
- Manages the Accounting and Financial Operations of the Firm;
- Carryout IT tasks/Projects and Database management;
- Oversees baseline HR activities like Attendance control, discipline, conduct, leave matters, remunerations, health and safety;
- Schedules appointments, maintains the Head of Practice calendar and notifies him of any change;
- Ensure security and privacy of information, networks, data and computer systems;
- Monitors cash, inventories and other assets position of the firm;
- Liaises with the Facility manager to keeps adequate record of Tenants rent status and Clients account;
- Reports on the activities of the firm to Head of Practice regularly;
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Business or Management Sciences
Second class upper minimum,
B.Sc
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 year relevant experience
