JOB DESCRIPTION

Team member shall assists the Head of Practice in any of these assigned task:

- Developing great relationship with Potential Clients in need of the Firms services;
- Maintaining the highest possible Occupancy rate for properties in the firms Portfolio;
- Creating and Maintaining Client Base;
- Keeping record of Property Requests;
- Aggressive Marketing of Properties;
- Property Viewing with Intending Clients;
- Extracting Tenants Bio Data Information;
- Relationship management between the Firm and Other Agents;
- Maintaining Partnering Agent base;
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Practice and Admin services

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate of any Discipline,
- Second class upper minimum,
- B.Sc

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 year relevant experience
